ADC Omaha Inc. is a design-build company specializing in custom residential projects. ADC was founded by Steve Taft and Pat Knobbe. With a strong emphasis on design, ADC is able to create quality, creative homes while keeping structural integrity and cost factors in check.
We can help make your home ideas and needs a reality. ADC will be there developing a foundation for a strong customer relationship evolving into complete customer care. We approach all projects as a team effort; including design, site selection, financing and field construction.
The intent of our company is not to focus on volume of sales, but rather to focus on customer satisfaction. With annual homes starts between 10 to 20, we are able to offer the service and attention to detail that is required when building a custom home.
ADC Omaha is unique in that it offers clients a range of services from design through construction. Custom design of homes and remodel/additions are available for people that have already chosen a builder. Stock plans are also available for purchase.
From the initial concept of the design to the execution of the final project, ADC has the knowledge and expertise to create the custom home you desire.
Utilizing the latest CAD technology, ADC designs truly unique homes for functionality, affordability and the individual style of living each family maintains. Three dimensional views and an array of details help our clients envision their new home before the initial phase of construction.
